Refund/Credit/Exchange Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with the eBooks you have purchased at the BMI eStore,  please send an e-mail to: within 30 days of making your purchase. (Please note that refund/exchange requests will not be considered for purchases made more than 30 days after.)

2. Request MUST be made via email.  Send email to: List your order number and the reasons for your refund/credit/exchange request.

3. We will respond to your request within two-five business days (Monday - Friday) of receipt of the original e-mail.

4. Please note that refunds/exchanges issued by the BMI eStore will be in the form of a credit(a digital coupon added to your shopping cart) that represents 50% of the value of the product (less any discounts or sales used) for which you are requesting a refund. This credit will be applied towards your next purchase at the BMI eStore. (We DO NOT issue cash or credit card refunds)
